Kalma Villas is a complex of Villas with private swimming pools ideal for luxury family vacations as well as couples. Each Villa is of 100sq m in size and consists of 3 bedrooms and a living room split in two levels that can accommodate up to 6 people. They are of contemporary design and fully modern furnished.  They are nestled on top of a cliff enjoying panoramic sea views with Mount Olympus at the background, while feeling the summer breeze of the Thermaic Gulf. Their retreat location gives them privacy and tranquillity.   The nearest beach is 850m away and accessible by foot, and there are a number of other beautiful sandy beaches within 10-15mins drive, many of them awarded the European Blue Flag of cleanliness.  The Villas are located 2-3mins drive from the lively town of Nea Moudania with plenty of restaurants, cafes, all sort of shops, a marina, medical centre, and a long sandy beach.   They have a key geographical location, ‘in the middle of everything’, with even distances making it ideal to those that would like to explore the peninsulas of Kassandra and of Sithonia, the mountainous parts of Halkidiki, but also the cosmopolitan and historical city of Thessaloniki.
