Villa DIMITRA is a two storey house with a private swimming pool and a plot of land. Built with the traditional element of stone, with unobstructed view, it looks out to the endless blue of the Cretan Sea and the wider area of ââChania. Surrounded by green grass on its private plot, it offers unique moments of peace, relaxation, freedom and privacy for you and your family or friends. It is a two storey, comfortable, bright villa of 200 sqm, from the 100 sqm floor with an internal staircase that can accommodate a total of up to 13 people. Each floor has a living room with fireplace, bathoms, bedrooms and kitchen - the villa has 2 kitchens. Specifically: The ground floor has a living room with a three-seater sofa bed, fireplace, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, 2 independent rooms (one with double bed and the other with 2 single beds) and a semi-detached room (twin beds) . On the large veranda overlooking the pool there is a table with its chairs as well as sun loungers. Also a barbecue with all its equipment (grills, ties, coals, coins, matches). The first floor also has a large living room with fireplace and 2 three-seater sofa beds, a fully equipped kitchen, two independent bedrooms with one double bed each, a bathroom and two balconies. On the balcony with amazing sea view, the surrounding area of ââChania and the swimming pool, there is a table with its chairs. Even a smaller balcony of one of the two bedrooms, overlooks the green olive trees surrounding the villa. The villa has central heating and cooling / heating air conditioning throughout. All rooms have wardrobes and all beds have anatomic and comfortable mattresses. The private pool is 8m x 4m and 2m deep and is surrounded by lush green grass. The villa does not have a childrens pool.
